StealAds is operated by Ember Networks LLC (“StealAds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit stealads.ai, use the StealAds application, connect StealAds to other tools, or contact us (together, the “Service”).

Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect information you provide when you create an account, join a waitlist, use the Service, or contact us. This can include your name, email address, business name, website, account information, communications, and information about your interest in our services.

Sign-in with Google. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to create and secure your account.

Brand and creative information. You may provide website addresses, product descriptions, brand details, prompts, images, advertisements, and other materials. We and our providers may retrieve and analyze content from a website you submit, including text, imagery, and branding, to help create a brand profile. We also process results generated through the Service.

Billing information. Stripe processes subscription payments. We receive information related to your account and transactions, such as your billing email, subscription and payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment details submitted through Stripe are handled by Stripe under its own privacy practices.

Connected AI assistants and tools. You can connect StealAds to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, or use our API and command-line tool. When you do, we receive the requests those tools send on your behalf, and the tool receives the results we return. We store sign-in tokens or API keys for each connection so it keeps working until you disconnect it or revoke the key. The assistant’s own handling of your conversation is governed by that provider’s privacy practices.

Information collected automatically. We may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, approximate location, interactions with the Service, referring pages, and technical and security events. We use cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, as described below.

Public and third-party information. We collect or receive advertisements and related information from public and third-party sources, such as the Meta Ad Library, for our research features. This may include advertiser names, ad copy, images, videos, and information about identifiable people appearing in those materials. We analyze and display this information as part of the Service. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service; create and secure accounts; retrieve and analyze brand and advertising information; generate creative material; administer subscriptions and payments; respond to inquiries; send account and service messages; understand and improve the Service; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We may also communicate with you about StealAds where permitted by law.

Email. We send invitations, account messages, and product updates through an email provider. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop sending them at any time.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, we may send information needed for your request to AI and infrastructure providers. Depending on the feature, this can include prompts, brand information, retrieved website content, images, selected advertisements, and other materials you provide or select. We process the results to provide the requested feature. Some providers route requests to other model providers, whose data practices may differ. Depending on the provider, its settings, and the service used, providers may retain inputs and outputs or use them to improve or train their models.

StealAds does not currently train its own AI models. If we change how we use information, we will update this policy and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

How we share information

We share information with providers that help us operate the Service, including providers of hosting, data storage, authentication, analytics, AI processing, website and advertising-data retrieval, email, payment processing, security, and customer support. They receive information as needed for the services they provide, subject to applicable arrangements and their own practices.

We may also share information at your direction; in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect people and rights, or prevent fraud and abuse. We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information where permitted by law.

If you choose to share content through a share link, people with access to the link may be able to view it. Take care when sharing a link or content that contains confidential information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as account sessions, preferences, security, and understanding how the Service is used. Depending on the site and your choices, analytics or other technologies may also be used. You can control cookies through your browser and use any privacy or cookie controls made available on the Service. Disabling some technologies may affect functionality.

Our analytics may include session recordings that show interactions with the Service, such as pages visited, on-screen content, and diagnostic information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the Service, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention varies by the type of information and purpose. Some information may remain in backups, security logs, or billing records for a period after a deletion request, and publicly sourced market information may be maintained separately from an account.

We use safeguards intended to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including the right to obtain a copy of your information, appeal a decision on a request, or opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may limit or decline a request where permitted by law.

International use

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism.

Age requirement

The Service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Service or practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
