Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions people ask most.

Questions

Where do the ads come from?

From the Meta Ad Library, Meta's public record of ads running on Facebook and Instagram. StealAds reads what is already public. It never sees another advertiser's account, spend or results.

How do you know an ad is working?

Nobody outside the advertiser can see results, so StealAds uses the clearest public signal: how long an ad keeps running, read from Meta's own delivery dates. Brands rarely keep paying for an ad that loses money. Playbooks and The Read are built on that signal.

How fresh is the data for rivals I track?

Tracked rivals are scanned on a schedule, and Monitoring shows when each one was last checked. The Read is stored fresh every Monday, so week-over-week changes line up.

Is my ad a copy of theirs?

No. StealAds keeps what makes the source work, its structure, hook and format, and rebuilds everything else from your brand: your product, copy, colors, fonts, facts and offer. You review and edit every ad before you use it.

What sizes and files do I get?

Every finished ad becomes a launch pack: Feed post 4:5, Square 1:1 and Story 9:16 for Meta placements, plus headline, primary text and call to action, and a tracked link. Download one file or the whole pack.

Can I change something in an ad I made?

Yes. In the cockpit, describe the change in plain words or use a quick edit. Each edit is shown first and only replaces your ad when you accept it, and earlier versions are kept.

Can I edit my brand profile after setup?

Yes, any time. Changes apply to every ad you make from then on. See Brand Setup for what each field does.

Can I manage more than one brand?

Yes. Switch brands from the brand menu. Each brand keeps its own profile, rivals, Read and ads.

Is there a free plan?

No. Your first ad during onboarding is free so you can see the whole loop, and then you pick a plan. See Credits & Plans.

Which ad platforms do you support?

Source ads come from the Meta Ad Library, and launch packs are sized for Facebook and Instagram placements. The copy works anywhere, but the image sizes are built for Meta.
