Tracking Rivals
Track the brands you compete with and StealAds keeps collecting everything they run, so you see new ads and dead ones without checking by hand.
Add a rival
Search for a company by name, pick one of the suggested rivals, or paste a Facebook advertiser page or Meta Ad Library advertiser link. Links to help pages, groups, people or single ads cannot be tracked.
You can also start tracking from any ad in the Ad Library with Track this brand.
What tracking gives you:
- Every ad they run, collected on a schedule and kept in your library
- A Playbook for the rival, included with tracking
- A place in The Read, your weekly side-by-side of all your rivals
- New and stopped ads flagged on Home and in Monitoring
Monitoring
Monitoring lists every rival you track with the state of its latest scan: pending, done, or needing attention. It shows what your competitors shipped in the last seven days and what changed since your last visit.
The first scan starts when you add a rival. Results appear once it completes; if it fails, Monitoring says so and lets you try again.
Pause, rename or remove
Pause a rival to stop its scheduled scans. Everything collected so far stays, and the weekly Read leaves paused rivals out. Resume whenever you like.
Rename a rival's display label if their page name is unclear, or remove them from the brand entirely.
Credits for tracking
Tracking a rival uses credits each month from your plan's shared pool. The price is shown before you confirm, and if you fetched that brand's ads or bought its Playbook in the last two weeks, the first month costs less.
See Credits & Plans for how the pool works.
Your own ads
Connect your own Facebook page from your brand settings or The Read. Your ads are collected separately and never counted as a rival, so The Read can put your work next to theirs.
