MCP tools

StealAds has an MCP connection, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other AI tools can search ads, watch rivals and make ads for you. This page lists every tool and what it does.

What it does

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way for an AI app to use another product's tools. Connect StealAds once, then ask in plain words: find winning ads in a category, see what a rival keeps running, or adapt an ad for your brand.

Your AI picks the tool and shows you what it found. Anything that spends credits shows the cost first and waits for your approval.

How to connect

Use the connection link https://mcp.stealads.ai/mcp and sign in with your StealAds account. No API key is needed. Step-by-step setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI is on the Connect your AI page at /docs/connect-your-ai.

The Claude directory version is for research in Claude and opens StealAds to make the ad, so it offers fewer tools than the full connection.

Limits

Ad searches return capped pages of examples. They are not a complete inventory, and an empty result does not prove an advertiser has no ads. Run length is evidence an ad kept running, not proof it sold. See Connect your AI for the full library rules.

The tools

56 tools on the full connection, grouped by what you are trying to do. Tools marked asks first show a cost and wait for your approval before anything is spent.

  • search_advertisers Look up an advertiser by name, website or page link so you can track it.
